"In this world of poor product support,
poor customer service and disappointing performance; I would like
to compliment you on your employees......I don't want to go on
and on, but it sure is nice when someone (or some company) greatly
exceeds your expectations. We went through terminal cancer with
my father six months ago. Our assisted living experience was very
disappointing with him. At a time when family emotions are difficult,
it's really nice to have a good partner at your side. Thanks for
